Research pillars
Sustainable development
To understand property it is important to analyse how environmental and social impacts shape the use of land and urban development. Property law will be examined under the light of circular economy.
Network theory
This project will look at property as a complex system. New methods will be explored to understand the meaning of property within the limits of urban development in a context of climate emergency.
Legal indicators
By means of an empirical approach to law we will try to develop mechanisms that help individuals to understand betther the impact of urban development in property, society and the environment.
